Capital Campaign

CELEBRATE TRADITION . . . Imagine the Future

The faithful folk in the 1950’s, and those who built the current sanctuary imagined the future we’ve become by trusting God and taking a leap of faith.

Can we do less? No.

We celebrate the tradition they gave us and imagine a future where Calvary Lutheran Church continues to be a friendly church serving Christ and community. Through the years the people of Calvary Lutheran Church overcame multiple challenges by remaining true to their mission to serve Christ and the community.

Over the coming weeks, Calvary Lutheran Church will be conducting a capital appeal to raise funds to move into this future. The 1st Phase of moving into the future will be the renovation of sanctuary, gathering space and new organ.

Your support of this appeal will make a difference. The future of Calvary is about being faithful to the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Over the next five weeks the Calvary family will be presented with a variety of materials and information celebrating our traditions and imagining our future. Please open your hearts and minds to all that is presented as you prayerfully consider how you can support the Capital Campaign for Phase I of the renovations to our sanctuary and gathering space.

Commitment Sunday will take place on October 4, 2015, at all worship services. Remember that Calvary was founded as the “friendly church serving Christ and Community.” God’s Peace be with you.
