You are invited to help us make this a Christmas Party and breakfast with Santa to remember for our local foster children and their families! We need people to help decorate, bake cookies, be party hosts and then clean up. We are also collecting new and gently used books for these children. Wine and cookies reception to follow in the narthex. 15 minutes before the recital, Viktor Andersson, Calvary’s music director, will be playing Calvary’s new organ beginning . Come hear him and this beautiful instrument. A free will offering will be donated to Calvary Lutheran’s music ministry
Kyrie Pub Church Christmas Carol Sing-a-Long - Dec. 23. at 5PM
Kyrie Pub Church hosts its 6th Annual Christmas Carol Sing-a-Long at Shaw’s Patio & Grill (1051 W Magnolia, FTW). Food, drinks, candles, a family friendly atmosphere… all await on this night of singing and Christmas celebration.

Noisy Offering
Calvary’s Social Ministries Committee has determined that for the year 2018, we can do the best in our world by giving our Noisy Offering collections to the ELCA Good Gifts Program. By supporting the program, we put our money towards Disaster Response, World Hunger, and the ELCA Fund for Leaders, to name a few. We’ll highlight a specific way this program works each month.

Calvary Lutheran Church trained their first Stephen Ministers in 1992 and Stephen Ministers have been serving our congregation and community for 25 years.This is a vital and thriving ministry at Calvary and we are here to help you or someone you may know walk through a difficult time, circumstance or situation. Come help make sandwiches!
Have fun and fellowship serving the needy. Join the crew in Calvary’s kitchen on the 21st of each month to help make sandwiches for the homeless at the Presbyterian Night Shelter. The assembly line begins at 12:00p.m.

Calvary Yoga
Yoga will be on break 12/25/18 & 1/1/19!! Anna Trimm leads an all ages / all abilities yoga class each Tuesday from 10-11am in the Family Life Center (gym). Anna has a 20 year career as a movement therapist and focuses these classes on breathing and general flexibility. You can contact her to sign up at atrimm.rmt@gmail.com.

Come get each Friday started right with good coffee, breakfast and conversations. Joe’s Coffeehouse is located about 1.5 miles north of IH-820 on Denton Hwy (Hwy 377).
