Sweet Italian Sausage and Creamy Red Potato Salad

Go to Johnny's on North Avenue in Melrose Park, Illinois and order a sausage. Anything less is less. But if you're in Texas...

Grill Sweet Italian Sausage turning them often so they don't burst and lose all their juice. Some people boil them in chicken stock first and then finish on the grill.
Prepare foil packets with sliced sweet onions and green peppers drizzled with olive oil and salt, freshly ground pepper, and Italian herbs. Seal the packet and throw on the grill turning occasionally until you can see the outline of the contents - the onions and green peppers should be soft and it smell like a pizza.
Put the sausage on a bun with the onions and peppers and your favorite mustard and enjoy.
