Meets weekly from September through May on Monday 1:00pm-2:00pm and Tuesday 10:00am-11:00am, with the group reading, studying and discussing a Bible Study book together. |

Ensuring that we receive communion every week is our mission and we could use your help to make sure this continues; AND you’ll receive training from some pretty amazing people. |

Provides audiovisual production of the worship service both in the sanctuary and through the livestream. |

Provides a structured learning environment centered on the teachings of Jesus, where students and families grow in faith and build lasting connection to the church community. |
Direct work with children and youth as well as work behind the scenes (i.e., not working with kids). Assist with teaching or leading small group discussion, assist with service projects. Behind the scenes opportunities include things such as organizing supplies, using creative or organizational gifts to make learning spaces welcoming, helping with at-home projects, etc. |
| Children, Youth & Family Ministry |
Provides opportunities for education, service, leadership development, spiritual growth and connections for children, youth and parents. |

| Coffee Service |
Provides coffee in the narthex for members to enjoy on Sunday mornings. |

Oversees the church’s financial health, creates the annual budget and implements financial policies/controls, all in support of the church's mission. |

Supports members of our church family with care, compassion, and Christian love during one of life's most difficult times. |

Part of Calvary's music ministry, this vibrant group glorifies God with varying handbell anthems. |
Activities include weekly rehearsals and monthly participation in Sunday services |
| Helping Hands |
Collect and distribute assorted books, clothing, etc. to John Peter Smith Hospital, Women’s Shelter and Presbyterian Night Shelter. |

Spreads the love and fellowship of our congregation to those who are no longer able to join in person worship/activities, keeping members connected. |

| Mowing Ministry |
Church grounds are mowed weekly using church-provided equipment with a partner on a rotating schedule. |
The church has a zero-turn mower, a small push mower and a trimmer that are used by the mowing crew |
| North East Emergency Distribution (NEED) West |
Calvary supports NEED West in their ministry of providing short-term emergency assistance of food and TXU payments. |
Donating to the NEED shopping cart at Calvary, stocking and organizing inventory at NEED West and serving families at NEED West. Calvary volunteers serve on Tuesdays from 9:30-2:00, one or two times each month. |

Serves dinner at Presbyterian Night Shelter. |

Lovingly care for our facilities and grounds, ensuring our physical campus is a safe, beautiful and functional place for all ministry. |

| Room In The Inn |
Hosts 10 men for the night during the hottest and coldest months of the year (Jul/Aug; Jan/Feb) for dinner, a safe place to sleep and breakfast of their choice; and most importantly - genuine hospitality. |
Willingness to help the unhoused, setup/teardown "the Inn", serve food, prepare breakfast, launder sheets, blankets and towels, donate needed items |

WELCA members strive to share God's love with those in need, both locally and internationally, through quilting, yarn crafting and collecting needed items for distribution to local shelters, care homes and hospitals. |

Calvary Quilters share God's love with those in need, both locally and internationally, by assembling quilts and care kits for Lutheran World Relief. |
No special skills needed! All instructions and materials are provided. Tying quilts (anyone who can tie a knot can do this), hand or machine sewing, cutting quilt squares, assembling Lutheran World Relief kits, delivering items (infrequent). |
| Women of the ELCA (WELCA) - Yarnwinders |
Yarnwinders tries to fill needs that we see within the congregation and outreach from there, making afghans, baby blankets, lapghans, prosthetics for breast cancer patients. |
All are welcome to join and if you do not know how to knit or crochet, we will teach you! |

Serves for worship as Assisting Minister, Lector, Usher, Greeter or Communion Assistant. |
