Thyme Marinated Pork Tenderloin
Put a Pork Tenderloin in a glass dish with a bunch of fresh Thyme, Chopped Garlic and White Wine and let them get friendly for a day or two.

                        - Preheat oven to 400

                        - Put the tenderloin in a roasting pan and pop it into the oven turning it down to 350 as you do.

                        - Roast until meat thermometer registers 160 - check after 30 min.- it doesn't take long for these porkers to cook and if you over cook them even a mess of gravy won't put juice back in porky pig again.

                        - Let it rest 15 minutes and then slice.

                        - Serve with brown gravy or make your own from the pan juices.
