Plum & Mustard Glazed Ham
                      Boneless Boneless Smoked Black Forest Ham
          Plum Preserves
          Whole Grain Mustard
          Cloves
          Dry White Wine
                      
                        Preheat oven to 350
            Trim Rind and excess fat from Ham
            Score the Ham diagonally forming diamond pattern 
            Insert whole clove into each diamond
            Mix Plum preserves and mustard and cover Ham generously - reserve the extra
            Place Ham on a rack in roaster 
            Add dry white wine to pan
            Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours 
            Remove from oven and let stand.
            Add drippings from pan to remaining plum mustard mixture and heat in sauce pan
            Serve sauce with Ham
