Four Fruit Glazed Ham
At the café we serve the Black Forest Ham from Sam’s Club. It’s boneless and fully cooked. It has some kind of “skin” on it that café regular, Craig Loest, claims is the best part, but I’m sure he’s wrong so I always cut it off and throw it away. The glaze doubles as a sauce and our experience is you can never have enough.
1 Black Forest Ham – skin removed and given to Craig Loest
Four Fruit Glaze
1 jar Bone Maman® Four Fruit Preserves
2 Tbsp stone ground mustard
2 Tbsp Grandma’s® Molasses
Put everything in a bowl and mix
Cooking the Ham
Preheat oven to 350°
Brush Ham with glaze
Cook 8 – 10 minutes per pound or to internal temperature of 140°
Brush with additional glaze during cooking as desired
Serve
Note – if you want to dress up your ham you can make diagonal cuts to make diamond shapes across the top of the ham and then put a clove in each.
