Pastor Phil’s even better than Mom’s Meatloaf
This Meatloaf is like a giant Italian Meatball with a Swedish Meatball sauce. You can’t go wrong with that.
Meatloaf
- 2 lb Lean ground beef
- lb Mild Italian sausage
- 1 1/2 c Bread crumbs – your choice or make your own
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 c pasta sauce – your choice
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix ingredients and form into loaf
- Put into Meatloaf pan and bake for 45 minutes
- Spoon sauce over meatloaf and bake until meatloaf is done – about 10 – 15 minutes
Sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 TBSP mustard
- 2 TBSP Brown Sugar – or more if you have a sweet tooth
- Dash of Worchester sauce
- Mix ingredients
