Chilled Melon & Vodka Soup 
                    Large Honeydew Melon 
          1/4 tsp. Ground Carmoden Seeds 
          1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger 
          1/4 tsp. Ground Coriander 
          1/4 cup fresh Lime juice 
          1/4 cup Vodka 
          Yogurt 
          Lime slice & Mint leaf garnish  
                    
                        - Cut Melon in half, scoop out and dispose of seeds 
 
                        - Using a large spoon scoop out the flesh of the melon 
 
                        - Reserve rind to use as bowl for serving 
 
                        - Process flesh in Food Processor until smooth 
 
                        - Force through sieve into bowl (the finer mesh the thinner the soup) 
 
                        - Mix remaining ingredients with melon - Carmoden imparts a unique taste and is expensive. Make sure the seeds are ground well - they are quite hard 
 
                        - Chill for at least two hours or overnight 
 
                        - Serve in Melon rind with garnish of yogurt (use squirt bottle) mint and lime
