Phil's Chicken Tostada 
                    6 Boneless Chicken Breast 
          1 jar Claude's Brisket Marinade 
          1 jar Arriba Roasted Salsa - mild, medium or hot 
          24 Corn Tortillas 
          2 bags Mexican Four Cheese blend 
          1 can Diced tomatoes drained - (Rotel optional) 
          1 can Kidney beans drained (optional) 
          sour cream  
          cilantro - for garnish 
          salsa 
                    
                        - Marinade the Chicken two hours to overnight in Claude's Brisket Marinade
 
                        -  Preheat barbecue grill
 
                        -  Grill chicken breast then cool enough to handle and dice
 
                        -  Mix diced chicken with salsa in mixing bowl
 
                        -  Preheat oven to 350 
 
                        -  Place tortilla on non stick cookie sheet
 
                        -  Spread spoonful of chicken mixture on Tortilla
 
                        -  Add a layer of Kidney Beans
 
                        -  Cover with Cheese
 
                        -  Top with Tortilla - press down slightly
 
                        -  Put tomatoes on top of tortilla
 
                        -  Cover with cheese
 
                        -  Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and filling is hot - about 20 min.
 
                        -  Serve with sour cream and cilantro sprig and salsa 
 
                       
                      Serves six - two tostadas each
