Roland Lee Bronstad passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021, at the age of 74. Roland was born on March 20, 1946 in Fort Worth, Texas. He married Carol Lynn Priesmeyer on Dec. 28, 1968, and served in the U.S. Air Force as a T-37 and T-38 pilot, training pilots stateside during the Vietnam War. Roland never met a stranger. He loved people. He was compassionate and kind, delivering meals to the elderly and to the homeless. He retired as a pricing manager from BNSF Railway. He is survived by his wife, Carol; daughter, Amanda, her husband, Walton, and grandson, Walton Robert; and son, Darin, his wife, Kathleen, and grandchildren Amelie and Anders. Obituary

Robert “Bob” Summers passed away on December 12, 2020 while on business travel in Longview, Texas. He was born in San Diego California on May 5, 1954. He attended Carney High School and graduated as class valedictorian in 1972. He attended and graduated from Angelo State University where he met Lisa Haverland. They were married May 8, 1982. Bob and Lisa settled in the mid-cities area in 1984. Bob spent the rest of his career in sales and marketing. He was known in the
county offices as the guy who brought cookies or doughnuts when he came calling. His favorite things were his family and traveling the world. He was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church. He is preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by Lisa, his wife of 38 years, his daughter Elizabeth Dohanich, son-in-law Chas Dohanich, and two granddaughters Avery and Julia Dohanich.
